I love me some Dogs. I love how uncomfortable it makes me with organized religion, with moral authority, and with the fact that doing your best to do the right thing is so emotionally draining and challenging.
I also think the game you're proposing sounds like great fun. I've a few ideas, are you interested? Or is one of the design goals that you handle this solo?

Organized religion, yeah. Moral authority, yeah. But it doesn't make me feel like doing the right thing is emotionally draining. It makes me feel like trying to do the right thing will eventually lead to me shooting someone. That's where i start to get uncomfortable.
I would love for you to tell me whatever you can about this. And to play it, if you want/can. I'm looking to have the actual book done by next Tuesday. I'll even print you a copy if you want.

... and I'd love to be involved as a player, my crazed schedule permitting!
(Finally, I'll note that when I've played Dogs, the players have seemed to revel in the fact that they can do the right thing with words and empathy and force of will and still win conflicts even in the face of violence. http://www.indie-rpgs.com/archive/index.php?topic=12859.msg137593
