This month 12 of 12 finds us in lovely Eureka, CA. bilunabirotunda and I go to Eureka every Memorial Day, but because I'm going to be in New Orleans all summer we're here a bit early.

Memorial Ride

Hi... I don't know if anyone will be checking this, but if you have any contact information for Erik's family, please email me at dominic@walkoaklandbikeoakland.org.

I was deeply saddened to hear of the accident on MacArthur Blvd yesterday and would like to organize a memorial ride to raise awareness of the often dangerous road conditions that Oakland cyclists face on a daily basis.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Erik and his family.
