Typing this with crust up my nose. Sniff. Now, I DJ-'d the Stongrooms in 'oxton this Friday gone, but by-arse was I ill. Full of lurgy and filth. Now, despite the pretencious(ish) crown (not including 10 or so friends in that lot) and the early 10:30-11:30 set, it went down remarkably well, and i would have partied all night if I could have breathed properly/ formed words that weren't mardy. Not as poppy as usual, but ... Still, it seemed pretty good. I'm still ill and mardy. If anyone is doing nowt tonight, I may go to the pub at 6pm. John D of the marvellous Big Sexy Land (who, incidentally dj'd stay beautiful this friday) is doing a relaxing evening of music at The Canonbury, Highbury. Me, Small and Dana might roll over.
