D&D 40th Anniversary Bloghop Challenge: Day 15
Day 15: What was the first edition of D&D you didn't enjoy? Why?
Well, that would be 4th Edition.
And here's why: It doesn't *feel* like D&D to me. It feels like a D&D skin over World of Warcraft.
Now, this is not necessarily a bad thing - Hey, if it brought people into the hobby, then that *is* a good thing. But it wasn't for me, and is part of the reason I turned to Pathfinder.
I know a lot of people agreed with me. And a lot of people disagreed with me. This is why we have more than one game system at our FLGS, right?
