well i finally went to the doctor today to figure out what is wrong with my left ankle. The doctor made an educated guess at the problem and after the examination came to the conclution tha i have achelies tendonitis. Which means that the acheales tendond in my left ankel is tight, sore and enflamed.
So im wearing a boot like the one you wear when you break your leg or sprian it badly. This way i dont twist or move my anckle to agervate the muscels that surronding the tendon. Anyway i have some physical therapy im going to have to do and look out for what i do to my anckle from now on.
The wierd part is i have never had any problems with my anckles before and the doctor told me its mostly caused b the fact i have little arches and flat feet. Oh well, walking in the boot is going to take some getting used to and im going to wear most of the day so we will see hows this goes. No running or jogging which i had to stop becaise of the agervated anckle. So the only real thing i can do now is the stationary bike. The wieght caused by my body slamming down on the anckle is not good. Im trying to lose wieght, to do that i need to excusize, but if i do the best thing for getting into shape is running which i cant do lol. Its a no win situation. losing wieght will help ease the presre on the anckle but you cant run becuae your top heavy..... great.
