Hmm. Whatever happened to my promise to myself to post more often? Oh well.
So, I'm sure you all have heard about the passing of Gary Gygax, creator of Dungeons & Dragons, passed on yesterday. So, tonight, Lucent DM'd a random session of D&D (which may become a little more later) for me, Seril, Krizak, and Dareon. We all rolled level one characters, which ended up being a Warlock (me), Druid (Krizak), Unbound Witch (Seril), and Paladin (Dareon). With that, Lucent gave us a little exposition and set us forth into the underbelly of Sharn - set up in traditional Gyraxian dungeon crawling style. A fitting tribute, if you ask me. It was a lot of fun too, been a long time since I've done anything like that. Hopefully it won't be the last time, I really liked the character I ended up making.
If you're curious,
this was her sheet after the session.
But yeah, that wa smy night - paying tribute to Gary Gygax. He will be missed.
