Digital ghosts in digital era

Alice wants to congratulate Bob with his birthday later this year. Her memory is very bad (thanks to easy internet availability and googling) so she decides to schedule a message in Telegram. This message will be sent out automagically on Bob's birthday.
Few days later Alice dies in an accident.
After months, Bob receives a congratulation from a digital ghost.
