Yes, but no. Vespas can look cool so it is not ridiculous.
My question before I laugh is. Do you know how to ride one? If the answer is yes, then no laughter and can you take me for a ride. It's so cute. If the answer is no, yes I would have to laugh a little. :)
But here look at these pics and you can tell me if they look ridiculous.
