interesting story:
i'm sure you're all curious as to how practice went today, right?
ok
i'll tell you
so we get off the bus a block from the station. we see a cop car right at the door and a fiendly officer informs us of an "incident" and we can't go in.
i think, maybe a really bad fight?? no sirens were blaring so it had obviously been a while since they were called.
we decide to walk back to the bus stop and wait for a bus, obviously.
as we start walking, taking the street rather than alley, i turn and point... we c ounted seven MORE cop cars
what the hell was going on? WHOOOO knows. but the only other stuff that goes on in the building is a textile company closed on the weekends
also, the guys who run the practice place are known for having a supply of drugs around.
also
no one picked up when i called from my cell, and their voiec mail was full
anyone know of any cheap practice spaces???? looks like we might need a new one
