B is being a complete fucknut today. I'm having to practice ALL of my skills not to rip his head off. He's mad because he has to pay us all today. Uhm... hello?
Y'know, the "killing people with kindness" thing sucks all sorts of hole. I know he just blows up at me 'cause he thinks he can. Today has already seen me say "How can I help you if you won't tell me what you need help with?" "I accumulate overtime because you don't let me take lunch." "B, don't use that tone of voice with me." "I see. So you are firing me then?" "No? Well, if you're not firing me but refuse to tell me how I can help you perhaps you should drop that tone, stop threatening me and let me do my work. Hmm?"
All said in my most reasonable, cool voice with absolutely no facial expression.
If I didn't get it out here, I'd explode.
