So, my computer is infected with the vb.aug worm - and although AVG says it's contained I can no longer use Firefox (for some reason the .exe file was the source of the worm). I loathe IE, so now what the frack do I do? I can't find any info online about vb.aug for some unknown reason. Maybe it's an older issue.
Bah humbug.
Aaaaaaaaaanyway, I am about to try to build this damn computer... right after a nap. I don't have to pick Wee Boy up until five, as luck would have it, so I guess it's sleepy-time for the momthing. I have forgotten why I was writing a journal entry now.
Soooooooo, yeaaahh. Um- (that's my best Eddie Izzard impression, for those of you who didn't know)
I want to write someone a letter just so's I can use my gorgeous new sealing wax and seal rings! Somebody send me a snail mail addy, mmmkay? I have enough wax to seal about a hundred and twenty letters, all told. These little treasures are the things that bond me to life and make me love it.
Amusement is: renaming all your connections so that when you log on it says "Les Claypool is now connected". Yeah, too much time on my hands...
Also: revelation! I probably have far too many sides to me to really ever have a successful relationship. I know they kind of overwhelm me - I can get into almost anything given half a chance, and go from being one woman to a completely different one (albeit with similar mannerisms) in about twenty minutes. This makes me feel sad, because I know that it's something real about me that I may never be able to (or maybe never should have to) change, and it probably precludes permanent love.
I have one more thing to say, but it deserves its own wee box, so I'll post it later.
