camel ride

went on a camel ride on Cable Beach last night for the sunset. my friend kate and i were the last to get on our camel as they boarded the end of the train first. we spent the whole time standing there watching our camel flip out and try to run away. clutching each other, we began wondering what possessed us to sign up for this one. luckily, once we were on and the camel had stood up, it was fine. got some great pictures to share!

more pictures will be uploaded when i get to Brisbane. only a few more days! i had my photos from my underwater camera burned to a disc, so i'll be able to post some of those too.

due to my current monetary situation, the next three days in Broome will be spent next to the pool. yup, it's a hard life. ;)
