Intro to myself

Well, I finally stopped lurking at all the ed groups here on my other "normal" account and opened a new account so I could join them.

Not sure if I'll meet anyone personally right away or just lurk for awhile longer, but it's nice to have the option and just belong somewhere, even if I don't necessarily make my presence known.

As for this journal...it's specifically for my weight stats, rants, eating, not eating, and well, whatever the hell else I feel like.

Right now I'm at 273.2
BMI is 42.8 and classified as obese. Which I am.
Last week I lost 5.3 pounds. I started at 278.5 which is pretty much the highest I've ever been.

I can't believe I let myself gain back the 40 pounds I had lost. I need to stop the binging shit I always do after losing that 40 pounds. I have lost and gained that same 40 pounds twice in the past year. I fast and restrict and eat nothing until the 40 pounds is gone and then something happens and I binge repulsively until it's gained back. Not this time.

My first goal- 250
My second goal- 230
My third goal- 210
My fourth goal- 199
My sixth goal- 180
My seventh goal- 160

Once I hit 160 I will see how I look and set new goals from there. I have so far to go.
