Highlight of my day:
1. Teaching my grandma what URLs are.
2. Hearing her pronounce URL like this: "Apparently people use earls to hack into your laptop when you're at Starbucks!!!11"
3. Teaching my grandma what wireless internet is... after explaining to her what "T-Mobile HotSpots" are and that URLs have nothing to do with "plugging your laptop into a Starbucks outlet" (??????????).
4. Teaching my grandma the difference between a computer's hard drive, memory, and processor.
5. Teaching my grandpa how to use his flashdrive.
6. Listening to my grandma use computer jargon and actually know what she's talking about.
7. Telling her my plans to purchase a 15-inch MacBook Pro (not the 17-inch). Telling her the difference of a 15-inch MacBook Pro and the 17-inch is $300 and that's why I'd rather not buy the 17-inch. Having her tell me very nonchalantly that she'd still buy the 17-inch, even if it means spending $300 more. This is the woman who scoffs at my mom for purchasing so many things off QVC and at me for owning so many DVDs and books.
Taylor Lautner went to his local bookstore the night of the release party for Breaking Dawn. :') That was so nice of him!
