New film role announced!

Fast Girls is a London-set sports drama, being put together in time for release ahead of next year’s Olympics. As well as Rupert the cast includes Lenora Crichlow (Being Human), Bradley James (Merlin - article says Bradley Adams - I assume that’s a mistake?) and Phil Davis (Jeff the cabbie from Sherlock!) and is being co-written by Noel Clarke (Mickey from Doctor Who).
I'm already convinced he'll be playing some killjoy in a suit (or the evil coach of the heroine's main rival or something) but it is a sports movie so we can always hope for at least one scene in shorts?

The films official site is here. It lists Rupert's character's name as 'David Temple' but irritatingly doesn't give anybody else's surname!
Filming starts on Monday 21st November. There was a call for extras but that may have already closed - still worth a try if you're in the London area though!
