It’s the little things we do for the ones we love

Lindsey was quiet after dinner and much the rest of the night and that worried me. I knew he was stressed and worried about how our relationship would be effected by the firm. To be honest - with myself - I was too, but I wasn’t going to let that fear rule me ( Read more... )

I stretched my arms out across the pillows and didn't hit warm flesh. My eyes opened and I was faced with the emptiness of the bed. I growled, I could smell the cooking food coming from downstairs, but come on, I'd rather wake up to a hot blonde next to me.

One I fully intended on ravishing before we did the breakfest thing. So much for those plans. She'd make it up to me, that I was sure of. I sighed and smiled, this weekend was going to be a good day, I could tell already.

I got up and pulled on a pair of jeans and an old comfortable t-shirt.

I headed downstairs, Tara was looking around, you'd think that with the rumbling in my stomach just screaming for food I'd be focused on the food. But I wasn't.

I walked up behind her and wrapped my arms around her waist, nuzzling her neck affectionately.

"Hey."

I felt arms wrap around me, making me jump slightly till I relaxed and melted against him, leaning on him and tilting my head back. "Morning." I sighed and closed my eyes. "Did I wake you?"

Turning slowly in his arms I wrapped my arms around his neck and gave him a small smile. "Did you see what I left you? I murmured before leaning up to kiss him softly, feeling embarrassed that I even asked him about it. I shouldn't have mentioned it.

I laughed and pulled back from his lips when I felt him move us into the wall, pressing me tightly to it as he grinned down at me. "Lindsey..." I cocked my brow at him and kissed his nose, standing up on my tiptoes. "I-I made breakfast..." A small sigh escaped my lips when his lips started trailing over my neck as his hands moved over my sides.

Ok, I can deal with morning's like these.

She left me something? I must have missed it, I'd been a little focused on the task at hand, the one she'd thwarted me from by not being in bed next to me when I woke up; ravishing her throughly. I shrugged aimlessly and she bent over kissing me softly.

I'd get to whatever she'd left for me, and most likely feel awful about not seeing it before. But again, the focus of my mission was in my arms so I wasn't going to worry too much about it all.

I pressed her against the wall and she pulled back giving me a look, I grinned innocently and started trailing kisses down her neck, arms along her sides.

I pressed my body against hers, "I had other plans for our morning."

I pushed a hand up her shirt lightly brushing my palm against her skin, tracing slow circles there. I love her skin, it's too soft for words and I'd be happy touching it all day, come to think of it that might just become today's goal.

Something that sounded between a moan and a sigh escaped my lips when he pressed into me more, his lips attacking my neck. I could almost swear that my entire body was humming from his touch.

"I had other plans for our morning."I swallowed hard and let my hands travel over his arms and up to his neck. "Ohh...w-what...what were those plans?" I closed my eyes and melted even more into his touch, feeling his lips on my neck and shoulder while his hand had made it's way under my shirt ( ... )
