(no subject)
So, today made me realize that I really am almost done with high school..
I called Nic when I got to school, and asked her to park in the teacher lot so that we could leave after second. Squeaky and I ventured toward the front of the school, just as Nic was walking up, and the 3 of us decided, that there actually was no purpose in us being there all day..so, we left.
Got some bagels, and went to the beach. I have a whole new appreciation for living in Florida. I mean, it's the middle of February, and this morning I sat on the sand and ate my breakfast, with the sun shining, and the wind in my hair. AMAZING...Anyway, we walked around a little bit, toward the beach place area. Checked out the hotel that we want to stay at for prom, and it's DEFINITELY the most amazing place I've ever seen. We snuck into the hotel through the parking garage, and took the elevator to the top floor. Right as we walked out of the elevator and turned left, there was huge glass doors that opened onto a balcony. So, the 3 of us walked out onto the 19th floor balcony, and realized that we are so fucken lucky to live where we do. Ft Lauderdale is a fantastic, beautiful place.
Meh, prom. I hate talking about it. It seems as though I'm the only one who doesn't have a date, and it's only February. I wish he could be here. Squeaky says I should start convincing him now, that he wants to come down that weekend.. yeah, right.
Oh, and as for my last entry.. I did in fact receive a drunken apology, so I suppose things are better on that front. Um, yeah.
