1+ bathroom
$175k- price
Location: We're getting attached to the school district, so Mounds View and Spring Lake Park get first consideration.
Maintenance: A new house would be cheaper to maintain, but for that price, I know there aren't that many new places on the market. But we know a person or two who do house repairs pretty reasonably, so that opens up possibilities a bit more.
Any thoughts or ideas would be most welcome.
