I'M A POKEMASTER!!!!!!
okay so tonight was totally one of those incredible nights that like... just define one's high school career.
first, kickass performance of the Sound of Music - tonight was better than last night, and the Bamberg Men's Chorale kicked some serious ass. (we must have been pumped up by all those hawt teeshirts we wore all day?)
then was the traditional denny's invasion, complete with the usual eye-rolls from the hostesses, as they witness the inundation of made-up actors and underarmor-clad techies. and a few pit members (the normal ones). sat with kate cip, matthew, teo, tayloire, and keating - but of course everyone was all over the place and shouting across our isolated wing of the restaurant. some favorite moments from the night:
- "Heather, why don't you just go smoke your fuckin cig?!?!" <3 you, Heather dear!
- "Heather, there's NO WAY you can fit that whole thing in your mouth" and then, she did. it was a burger, btw, and it was severely disturbing.
- "Chelsea, is that a Game Boy?" "YES!! I'M PLAYING POKEMON, I'M A POKE MASTER!!!!!!!!!!!" okay. just a little weird.
- singing les miz to tayloire "tayloire, tayloire, you'll always be a slave. tayloire, tayloire, you're standing in your grave!!"
- singing "Plumet Attack" from Les Miz with Julie "Go Home, 'Ponine, go home, you're in the WAYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
- poor matthew and the soft drink ordeal!
- rachel, helen keller impressions, and blowing our horns at Vanessa!
- being married to Ally and not even realizing it. and then getting it annulled.
- belting out RENT in the ghetto van
- semi-drag-racing with Sam Adams :D and winning.
just to name a few :D tomorrow i'm taking a bunch of pictures, so there will FINALLY be new ones up in my online photo album!!
