Sooooo...I'm attempting two graduate courses, submitting a proposal for final graduate project, working full-time, being a wife, and mommy to two school age kids...oh, what a spring this will be!
The two courses I'm taking are Conflict Management & Negotiation, as well as Recruitment Retention & Selection.
I'm actually looking forward to the Conflict Management course; we're going to be working in teams for a majority of the projects. /sarcasm
As for the final project, I have yet to make a decision on my topic. There are so many to choose from! "Wellness initatives and are they beneficial?", "The New Affordable Healthcare Act", "WorkFlex", and "Engaging and Retaining Employees", are just a few I'm kicking around. Do any of those sound interesting to you? If so, let me know!
