Cell phones on trains! Zomg!

So I'm on the train, relaxing listening to music and then someone shouts into his cell phone, "HI DID YOU GET MY EMAIL? Blah blah blah" and the guy is so loud I can hear him through my music, everyone can.. I just want to slap him. This makes me want to get a cell phone jammer... Sooo badly. So so badly... I think you can get one for a hundred bucks it's the size of a pack of smokes. Hmm *dreams of a world where I can turn other peoples cells off with a flick of the switch*
