I.... Don't know for sure. HE MIGHT? He probably doesn't think about it in those terms because he is utterly dumb to his own emotions, but there is a special someone he cares for as his precious person. Whether he even considers her romantically at all is another matter.
The person in question is his bodyguard, Anise Tatlin, and their relationship could be interpreted as BFFs, sibling-like, or fail!romantic depending on which goggles you have on when you see them together. It's incredibly ambiguous and they never share any moe moments. In fact she spends a lot of time actively pursuing other men and he doesn't seem to care (and not in a "trying not to be jealous" way, but really just doesn't mind) so it's REALLY HARD to pinpoint if he may have any feelings like that for her.
2) Can Haruna bother your character about their crush/relationship/etc?
Yes! But he will derp and it will likely go over his head. If it doesn't he'll deny he's interested in anyone. --Alternately if asked if he has a precious person or something similar that doesn't quite state "romantic interest" he will immediately respond yes! And not be the least abashed! He's totes cool with acknowledging Anise as his important person.
3) Can Haruna get involved in it if she deems it necessary? Any and all involvement would be plotted with the muns of course. I don't plan to have her help with/ruin anything without permission.
Sure! Though his object of (possible?) affection is not in game.
4) If not, then would "suggestions" from the sidelines be better? It's not as direct. It's more like giving your characters something to think about in the backs of their minds while they're going about their businesses~
Also sure! It might be good to get him thinking about it! He might ask questions! He will probably not dwell on it because romance is not a focus in his life. At all.
5) Can Haruna use her artifact on you? This can range from fighting, to simply creating a golem of your character with an altered personality. Here are a couple examples of those golems (yes they can even go out of control if she gets too crazy with them).
Oh gosh sure, though duplicates would badping him in many ways.
