Transfering PSD files w/ fonts

Hey there all!

I finished up my time with a project and now they are requesting I hand over all of my files. That's not a problem, I'm totally OK with that however I feel this transfer is going to be incredibly problematic. These folks don't know the first thing about Photoshop or design work and want to be DIY about this. I've warned them that doing so won't be easy.

Anyways, I was wondering if there is an easy way to gather up all the many non-standard fonts I used without going through each PSD, write down the fonts used, and hunt for them in my fonts folder.

I noticed in InDesign one can use "Package" to gather everything up in a zip file for easy transfer. Does Photoshop have a similar function?

If there is no "package" function is there another way?

Otherwise this is going to be a long, tedious, miserable, task. Thanks for any help!!
