Copyright -- Can I Keep my files?
Hello all!
I had a quick question -- currently I work at a pretty small marketing agency (direct mail mostly) and may be going away to college pretty soon, I wasn't hired as a designer but rather a production assistant and they later realized that I had some skill in the graphic design area and began having me doing only that. I never got any pay change or other upgrade.
I am now curious if/when I leave legally do I have the right to take all of my original .psd and .ai files with me leaving them with only the .pdf's they used to print the files or am i obligated to leave the original files with company since it is where I created them?
