Client education

I'm currently dealing with a client who clearly doesn't get it. Any of it. She wanted a logo, and at one point found something online and said "Oh, I want this one!" and I had to explain to her why she couldn't just use someone else's logo. I was baffled that she'd pay me to do that, anyway.
In any case, there have been some other issues that have come up -- she's taken my low-res comps and decided to print, cut & paste my *preliminary designs* to create her business cards. She asked me if I could send them smaller, so they'd fit. Sigh. I explained to her why that was not acceptable, on so many levels!
What I'd really like is to direct her to a web site where she can read information, from a client's perspective, not a designer's, on what is legally acceptable, possible. Maybe even broader than that. Maybe even explaining the whys and hows of creating an identity. Honestly, we spoke for hours, and I thought I'd done a really good job explaining things to her. So I'm hoping for an "official" place to send her to get really good information, because obviously, my own words aren't doing it for her. She is either stupid, or just ignoring me. Actually, I'm pretty sure it's just that she's really spacey, and can't really focus. She's a small-town masseuse. What can I say?

So, can anyone direct me to a really good client education page? I remember AIGA had something, but looking around, it seemed too broad, and too geared for big companies, so I don't think it would be something she'd read, or understand.
