Do y'all ever get a client emailing you to request services and all they give you is an extremely vague, "I want you to design a _____ for me (tshirt design, for example)." Nothing more, nothing less. I know I'm getting better with clients like this, but I always find it difficult trying to pry the information out of them. I was just wondering, I guess, if y'all had any advice on how best to obtain the information from these people when they honestly have no idea what they want in the first place. I want to design something they're going to be happy with, but at the same time I want to avoid any headaches in the process. I've checked the memories, but I can't find anything specific to this.
Thanks!
