Bye Bye Bell!!!

I've officially had it with Bell. I have called them twice this week to get VERY BASIC information about my account and my internet service.

Both times I get someone who has a thick Middle Eastern or Indian accent (despite saying their name was "Jay" and "Adam") and whom I have to repeat the same question two or three times before they understand... and even then the guy I spoke to today still didn't understand my question. I eventually said, "You know what, just never mind. Goodbye." And I hung up... and then I found the answer to my question on line somewhere else.

At least when I call Primus, their office is is Montreal (I think). Most of the people I've spoken to there have Quebecois accents but I can handle that.

As soon as I can get organized, I'm leaving Bell. Bye bye Bell!
