more vermin!
Smaller ones this time. I have a blue coat I don't wear much because it's too big and heavy, but I wanted to wear it today for a change. I put it on and saw little white streaks on the front... and a CREATURE WRIGGLING INSIDE A COCOON AUGH FFS EWWW. The worst of it was that I'd spent the whole of last year occasionally rummaging in the pockets while doing that "really desperate ridiculous key search well maybe they're in here" and finding the pockets full of strangely gritty fluff.
It seems that the 'gritty fluff' is made up of VERMINOUS INSECT EGGS that I have been casually dabbling my hands in for years *too much ew in the world*
There was a small chew on my favourite jacket, but I am not throwing that away because it loooves me and I've had it for 20 years, so I washed it in boiling water doused with lavender and scrubbed it. I hope that will do.
I've just been watching the POA film and it's made me nostalgic for snow. Remember snow? It was all white and wet and looked cute falling from the sky.
