So MOMO's a Realian, an Observational Realian. One of the abilities that comes with this is analyzing genetic makeup. So, to state it simply and avoid the TL;DR, she can tell whether your character is human or not.
I'll make sure to ask other players involved about anything, so don't feel like you have to answer this. But, At any rate, I thought it'd be a good idea to have something a little more organized here.
