Wonderful week with the girls!

Hey Tim, since I know you are reading this, please let me know when we can get together in the next week. You may leave me a voicemail if I am not available, and I will try to call you back asap. :-) I want to get you your disks.

I had the greatest week with my girls. We went to the Yuba City public library on Wednesday afternoon and had a blast. The girls can't wait to go back. Then we had Tyler over Friday night, a BBQ with family on Saturday, and went to see Wall*E at the theater on Saturday night (GREAT movie!). We tried the Nazarene church in Yuba City Sunday morning with my parents. (I might go back, but I will probably still shop around.) So it was definitely a busy week/weekend! I enjoyed every minute with the girls - they were sooooo good.

Tariah and I have been spelling words together lately. If we are on a long car trip, we will think of little three- or four-letter words to spell. She generally does pretty well with it. Next week sometime, we are going out with Daddy for a pre-kindergarten shopping spree and lunch. I think I will have her sit down at the table on Wednesday and write her own shopping list for it. :-) This is so much fun!!! She is just going to keep evolving. I am so proud of her.

As far as the shopping spree goes, we will get her a backpack, maybe a lunch pail, a few school supplies, and lots of clothes. Maybe one pair of white tennis shoes. I will probably have to borrow some money from my mom in order to do it, but it will happen. Tariah is more important than my pride in this situation.

I am so close to finishing up the last of Tim and Holly's portraits. This is good news, because I have to start working immediately on Shyvonne and Eric's portraits and Anita and Eric's at the SAME TIME. Whew. Don't know how I'm gonna do it.

Damian's birthday is coming up and I got him a super-awesome gift. Whoo-hoo! He has decided that he wants to go to Mason's Restaurant and The Park in downtown Sac. We had talked about another houseboat or camping trip, but I guess he wants something a little more upscale. :-) Can't wait! The unfortunate thing is that none of our under-21 friends will be able to go. :-(
