dinner of the week= chille with smoked chipotle sausage added instead of ground beef, on top of corn bread stuffing filled with sauteed peppers and mushrooms, all topped with melted cheese. and yes, i totally invented that shit.
i am happy because this weekend i spend with my beau and that will be lovely.
