Hoping for the best
Rio's mom has been in a coma for more than a week already. I hope she recovers soon.
She can still breathe on her own and does not require a machine to assist her, so I guess that's a good sign. I know it's been hard for the family. It's been hard for me as well, because I really like her mom. She's one of the most accommodating people I have met. Plus, I love it when she cooks her Pangasinan dishes. Yum! This family is too awesome to face this kind of problem. I hope they get through this soon. Please pray for them.
An albularyo is going to the hospital tomorrow to supposedly "free her spirit from any curse that was cast upon her." The family does not believe in witchcraft but in situations like these, I think anyone will consider doing everything possible to help a loved one recover. So I am all for it! I hope it helps though.
It's been such a tough couple of weeks, I hope it ends well... soon. They already spent tita's birthday there, I hope they don't celebrate Christmas and New Year inside the hospital as well. Keeping my fingers crossed.
