You said it was mine from the start.
You trusted me with it and I prayed I wouldn’t let it all fall apart.
You fell for me and I fell for you.
I saw us fall. We both fell fast and hard.
Somehow I knew it was coming.
But, I didn’t think it would mean a thing.
I thought it was all some immature stage we were going through about love.
Gah. This had to be sent from the heavens above.

This may be out last night.
Although, we haven’t come very far,
I feel like I never have to see another shooting star.
