This past week has been so stressful, loaded with unusual anxiety for me; Have never felt like that before; It all started wtih diagnoistic testing with psycholoigst last mon; also met up with a guy online thru yahoo personnels. in my area. he is a psychotherapist. We got along great oneline, he called me wed nite; nice sexy warm voice; We had a date Fri, he took me out for dim sum japanese food; I also had bought some cocoa butter at Shoppers Drug Mart and haven been applying that to my arm/leg; Guess what. mark knows about bpd, had a gf with it; he hadn't heard of DBT tho; he left fid for TONROT for a conference for other therapists. He said he would call me sun nite; he didnt; but called tonight; he got home late sun;
TOmorrow if see Dr Mercer who is leadin teh DBT sessions; have a reg appt with her to finish off her evaulation and then dbt at 2pm; Tomorrow will be an interesting day
