I am a fangirl for you! I love your crazy stream of conciousness style. This feels totally real, like fucked up post traumatic stress war brats. It makes me want to try for something gritty and not so happy instead of the fluff that seems to come spewing out of me at an alarming rate :) But then I remember that other people (aka you) do it so much better!
The only con-crit I have (because I love it like crack and am apparently incapable of writing a review without it) is that it seems to be kind of walking a line between a coherent narrative and stream of conciousness. I think if you either push it a bit more towards narrative, not by changing the style, but by giving a little bit more context, or push it more towards stream of conciousness prose poetry by playing a bit more with line structure and punctuation, it would flow a bit better, or work a bit better as a whole or something. Of course, this could be really just another expression of my tragic inability to step outside of boxes :)
In conclusion, LOVE! And friending in the hopes of more literary awesomeness!
THANKYOU!!!!!!! This: "I am a fangirl for you!", this: "I love it like crack", this: "And friending in the hopes of more literary awesomeness!", and everything in between, made my day :3
i will work on the narrative vs. consciousness. & I'll friend you back.
