I love internet cafe's! I just need to get a laptop so I can frequent them. I used to have one .. long ago, but now it'd be obsolete in computer terms (though I lost it .. lol).
I like them too!! But I wuold much rather have it so that I can hop on it at home. We havent had the chance to search around for a good deal with wireless lol..Eventually we will because the flat mates are starting to miss having the internet lol.
Well that's good that everyone wants it. It's nice when you're not the only one pushing to get something!
I'm on wireless internet right now. I have a desktop computer, but we bought a wireless router and I already had an existing wireless USB connector/box/thingy. There's only one computer in this house that's wired .. mine and my friends laptop are both on the wireless. I'm glad we pay for it .. at least cable internet's not as expensive as it once was! lol
I know its great, but one of my other flat mates is convinced that he can find it for cheaper. we had a good deal that included cable tv aswell.. but yes he has a gone on a mission to suss that out lol..
Yeah there is going to be a grand total of 6 of us under one roof with 3 or 4 of us having laptops or computers lol so it will definately get good use out of it.
I think everyone wants it now lol but we have to wait for everyone to move in lol...some of the flatmates are being robbed of their beloved internet lol.
My friends and I were going to go with the cheapest one, but we decided to go with the most 'reliable' (from user/friends statements). The cheapest isn't always the best! Best of luck to your friend .. though I have to say I've had less trouble connecting wireless internet than wired. No idea why, guess it's just my luck! lol
