Jo Kwon (2AM) x Ga-in (Brown Eyed Girls)

"Nowadays I seem to like him more than he likes me. I hope he goes back to being a husband that likes me more than I like him!"

She looks at him the same way she had done so the past year but somehow it was not at all the same. Behind the eyes that were usually covered in coal-black paint, a swivel of mysterious emotions reflects through her eyes.

As the man before her--her only darling, husband, and best friend--rattles on about how she never reacts properly
(she does, and she cries, and she says thank you a hundred times inside)
after he goes out of his own innocent shell to do an event which goal was to move her
(she always is but he never knew how much each one made her fall a little bit more),
the nagging fades into a far-off distance and all she could hear (and feel) is her heart beating like a drum on her ear (and madly against her chest).

How ironic it was for her to be the one getting teary the moment she thought of him calling another woman wife, his surprisingly muscular arms snaking around her, his pointed lips seeking hers in the air, and him smiling, satisfied in the end.

Because she knows that woman who would hold hands with him behind the camera, the one he'll buy an expensive ring willingly, the one he'll blush for while waiting at the end of the aisle and the one he'll play piano for every morning for the rest of their days, wouldn't be like her: too chic, too cool, too mature, to go serious with a kid, this kid.

But he was hers. "Yobou..."

"What?!" the husband was still sulky, and cute, only for her.

"Just," she smiles while her heart falls on his hands, "Just kiss me."

And she wanted this for real.

Wai~ it took me such a long time to finish day 10! After finishing that Filipino short-story challenge, I felt all my muses leave me weak and deflated of ideas. I guess I met new friends today. ^^

Yes, I'm watching We Got Married and loving the Adam couple day by day. I still love Goguma Couple (Yongha x Seohyun), but the bickering between this couple is just too entertaining to pass~ Yes, I still wish my favorite couples are really together.
