Onew x Key - For Once - Oneshot

It was time to tuck Taemin to bed. Well, after he's done washing the dishes and clearing the whole livingroom off any disorganization the other members had caused after a virtual game of soccer.
Kibum could almost hear himself hum and feel that familiar motherly blood rushing to the top of his head, causing him to smile and almost skip to the kitchen, when somebody stopped him by the arm.
What---?
He swore it was like one of those TV drama scenes. But this was Jinki, leader at mos,t but usually awkward, inconsistent and corny.
He felt his brows furrow making something of those two images.
"You don't have to do all that Kibum."
And Jinki said that with such authority (in such a sudden appearance) that Kibum wondered if he was actually turned on with the heat he felt against his cheeks and ears.
"We're you listening to may head's narration just about now?" It was ridiculous. But knowing Jinki, Kibum knew he'd catch on the joke easily.
"That's ridiculous," Jinki huffed under his breath, causing the resident diva to see himself a bit in the leader's demeanor right now.
Yet damn it, this is too uncanny for reality.
"You don't have to do all those Kibum, you're tired too."
"Yes, I do. I'm a mom, it's my job to be super." Kibum smirked and pulled his arm from Jinki's grip.
"It's a role!"
"I love this role! You're not the only actor in this house, Jinki!" Kibum defended. He wasn't going to be insulted this late at night. And it was too late to begin to pout. This was getting on his nerves.
Kibum could feel Key rising from him and he just wanted to roll his eyes to Jinki until he gets crazy with it and dream of it. But Jinki breaking to a laughter, with wobbling knees and shaking shoulders and all, Kibum simply wanted to declare war with chickens his whole life.
Okay, so the laughing was cute and the leader was already on the ground and rolling, but it was three minutes already and the dishes were waiting. So, Kibum took the chance to get on his feet towards the kitchen.
"Screw you, hyung." He retorted the last time.
Except another hand caught his arm mid-air, causing him to stop, again.
"Roles are meant to be broken," Jinki smiled up to him from the floor and stood up, weakly. "And that pout was really cute. Just ditch the dishes and Taemin's bed for a while, he's a big boy now. Let's go out for soju."
Soju? Since when did Jinki started drinking? Kibum was really in a daze.
"Since when did you become so cheeky?"
Yet Kibum had to admit, this cheeky Jinki was simply hard to resist.
"Fine. Your treat." Pout.
Resist that.
