It's taken me a while, many years, but I am finally beginning to understand something about life. Now the time has come to deal with this realization. How does one do that? We could fight it, kicking and screaming, but what good does that do? The inevitable happens anyway. Some things change. Most things, in fact. Does change have to put an end to it all? I still say no. Change does not indicate an end, but rather a beginning of something else. This is nothing new, others have some to this realization, many have said it before. When it becomes a personal realization is the time for reflection.
In other news, life is crazy as always. Teaching is wonderful yet stressful, no deaths have occurred, nor physical harm. It's actually quite a wonderful and fulfilling career. I'm about to head to a church dinner/pastors appreciation/wedding shower.
Friends, enjoy the life you have when you have it. When everything changes, accept it and enjoy the newness God gives. Remember old times, revel in the beauty of memories, but never forget to continue living.
