Gotta say, the only way I managed to quit was to run completely out of money and be surrounded by people I'd rather die than ask to bum one from them. Severus had slightly better motivation. *g*

I had to run a half marathon and not live with the smoky boyf for a while. Only lasted a week when I moved back in with him :-( Going for another try in the summer...

Are any of the quit drugs like Chantix available over there? I've had a few clients do quite well on that one, though it tends to be expensive and not covered by insurance. (Marvel at the stupidity of that for a moment. *rolls eyes*)

There is one, but apparently some recent work has linked it to suicide.
