There was a car in the driveway. A perfectly logical place for a car, but Hermione was pretty sure when she left that morning, they did not own a car, much less have one in the driveway.
It was a beautiful car. It was a brilliant cherry red, with a huge black stylized bird dominating the hood.
“Ah, Severus, whose car is that out front?”
“It’s mine. A 1970 Pontiac Firebird. The car I've always wanted and now I have it. I rule!”
“It is just a car, right? It stays on the ground? No flying? No charms?”
