Hermione crouched, watching from the outside. A mere wall separated her and the occupants within the room. Candlelight flickered as the two occupants intertwined while soft moans escaped. Hermione clenched her fists and shut her eyes tight, willing for the tears to vanish.
He wouldn’t do this. He couldn’t have. Hermione stared as Snape pulled back the blond student’s head and nibbled at her throat.
She knew long ago that it would never have worked out.
She wanted to run. Her body wouldn’t comply.
As she continued to watched, the back of her mind whispered nastily.
‘I told you so.’
