The hang over was already starting. Why he had so much to drink the night before was no mystery. It was the reason he always drank that much.
Snape had gone out clubbing with a handful of Hollywood’s young starlets. He always found it such an odd concept to go out to drink when it was so nice to be at home, no fear of making a fool of yourself.
He looked up from the chair he sat in. The two starlets he had brought home were still asleep in his bed. They both looked like her.
They always did.

There were very few times that Snape regretted his decision to stop using magic.
This was one of them.
He had packed a bag before his guests had even awoken and headed to the airport. The first flight he could get on had a connector in Boston and he was stuck in coach next to a woman and her screaming infant.
“If I still did magic,” he thought. “I could have apparated there. Hell, I could put a silencing charm on that brat.”
The only solace was that he was heading for her.
He was going to see her again.
~~~~~~
He had no clue where she was. He had been cut off from the wizarding world for so long that he didn’t even know where she had ended up.
The most logical place would be Hogwarts. She seemed the sort to use teaching as a way to stay the perpetual student. The only question was how to get there.
He had no choice. He had to go to the Leaky Cauldron and use Floo powder to get to the Three Broomsticks.
He knew that he would be unwelcome in both places, but he swallowed his pride.
This was for her.
