Title: Furry Matchmaking Team Name: Death Eaters Word Count: 5*100 (perhaps complete) Rating: G Challenge : Crookshanks Characters : Severus, Hermione, and Crookshanks Author's note : beta'ed by
Oups... ther are five indeed. I'm going to edit this. But it really is the end, or would you like to know what Crooks will do to distract Ron from Hermione? He's just put Hermione and Severus face to face, without anyone to interfere, and with a purpose to meet again. He's convinced everything's going to work out just fine after their meeting. Anyway, if you have suggestions...
I love this storyline, and I hope you'll have time to work on it during the week-end. Crooks has something on his mind, and I can't help being impatient to know what he has in mind for the 'red-headed git'...
OK, so you want to know. But it's not sure that I'll ever write more. I wanted an open ending, and I have work to do on my French stories. Perhaps later, if the plot bunnies strike.
I like the 'perhaps complete'... I'll do my damnedest to keep this plot bunny alive. Like... talking about it in the middle of a conversation about something else, to make sure it stays on your mind, you know...
I know I said this before but I love your 'voice' of Crookshanks. That cat is so sure of himself and his machinations!
I agree heartily with Benebu--it's cruel to leave us dangling like this regarding Crooks and Ron--I'm a big fan of leaving 'open' endings, but this one's a yawning chasm which needs to be continued!
I should be wary of your comments, last time you advised me to write a story from a cluster of drabbles, I couldn't resist. The result is now on TPP (and some others). Now, you and benebu are tempting me in writing a whole story ... again! **new mantra: keep the plot bunnies at bay, keep the plot bunnies at bay, ...**
I shall be 4th then to say, What's gonna happen to Ron?
You left us with a nice picture of Hermione and Snape sitting and talking, but you follow it up with, "Mwuahaha, now what I get to do to the Weasley boy." and you expect us to be happy? I think NOT!
Make it into a full-fledged story. It'll be fun...and if you need more suggestions, I've been known to make people write more just by asking questions... Just ask Snapeophile. :)
Now, look deeply into my eyes. Listen carefully to what I am about to tell you. Follow my instructions. It is time for you to write more of the story about Crookshanks. Be sure to address how the cat/kneazle gets Ron Weasley out of the picture. Also, include Hermione and Severus discovering they are attracted to each other. Finally, you need to include a happily ever after ending. You can fill in the rest of the details as you wish. Now when I snap my fingers you will do as you have been instructed. Do you understand? By your nod I see that you do. Are you ready? On the count of three. 1....2....3*SNAP*
So, are you going to post more of this story or not?
