A/N: Was leaving the house when this idea struck me, so had to sit down and type. Obsessed much?
The trick was to move undetected through the streets of London, gathering what ingredients he needed.
The trick was to explain long absences at unusual hours as he met with suppliers of information and then garner private time to work on his assignment, locked in his private laboratory deep within the dungeons.
The trick was to execute his carefully calculated plan at the Halloween Feast later that week.
