ANs: The title comes from an oldish memory of Hell Week, wherein some dormmates wrote a little composition called 'Napkin Note Love,' dedicated to our dining hall manager. Everybody got a kick out of it, and I dearly wish I had a copy, but alas! I have not. All I have is this little bit of fluff to offer.

He found the first post-it when he groped for his glasses in the morning: I. He puzzled over it: A Roman numeral? A cryptic reminder Hermione expected him to understand? She did that sometimes, forgetting their age and cultural gaps.
The second was plastered on the mirror in the bathroom: WILL. Alarmed, Severus reviewed his wife's behaviour; she wasn't ill, was she, that she needed a will? He showered, still troubled.
MISS was stuck to the kettle.
YOU. on the front door knob.
Smiling inwardly, Severus tucked the notes in his sleeve. He'd miss her, too, until she returned tomorrow.
