Authors notes: Throwing my hat in the ring. The plot bunny bit... more like gnawed until I wrote this down 😜 Jeez I can't believe how long it is since I've dipped my toes in the water here. (Sorry for the earlier typo I don't throw my hate I throw my HAT into the ring.)


He longed to press his lips against her flesh; to submerge himself in her glorious intoxication until he was more drunk than from the sweetest of elf-made wines.

Guests be damned, the drought was over.

Hermione was no mirage, she was real and she loved him.

He wanted to taste every part of her body because now it belonged to him just as surely as he belonged to her.

All of her soft curves and hidden places.

Finally, his wizened, black heart was restored... his soul repaired.

Severus was more than ready to experience how sweet his beloved tasted.
