Hermione had some weird Muggle habits. Not cool habits, like Harry’s DVDs, but random ones like drying laundry on lines behind her house.
“She’s not inside,” Harry remarked, rejoining Ron. “Think she’s still out back?”
Ron shrugged. “Wanna look?”
Hermione was nowhere in sight. They trudged back to where she’d hung heavy blankets- including one that was swaying rather strangely. Glimpsing an arm, Ron beckoned.
The two halted abruptly.
A high-pitched squeal and giggle emerged, then a baritone chuckle and other, less coherent noises. From under the blanket extended two pairs of bare legs.
The boys, faces oddly green, fled.
