I woke up this morning in the strangest place - on the ground in the middle of the park... It was also snowing, but I met a very nice man named Jack who lent me his coat. He's currently having a snowball fight in which anyone can join in. He's so nice.
Meanwhile I have been attempting to identify this silver machina I found on the ground. I hope that none of you will think any less of me for this, as I have discovered that it is able to send a global message to anyone else carrying one. I assume that it is the Al Bhed who will discover this message. I hope that you will be able to help me, despite the differences our races have had in the past. I know it's quite bold of me to ask for your help. But I appear to be lost and I must return to Besaid Temple.
I'm in a large park, not too far from the entrance, and in the distance I can see a large castle and a clock tower. It's also very cold here. I hope that someone will be kind enough as to help me find my way back home soon, as I would hate to be a burden on Jack any longer than need be.
