[It's evening by the time Roy makes his way to the jail where Sokka has been spending his time. This is the first chance he's had to see the young man since the incident at the tea shop, which he regrets.

He knocks lightly on the door.]

[Sokka grabs up his homemade oil burning lamp and stands from where he was laying on his dingy cot.] Back here. [The door to the cell is open, but he's obviously making no plans for escape. He brings the lamp with him.]

That... depends.

If I think the people who killed my friend should be held accountable, then I should be willing to hold myself accountable whether it was out of my control or not. Which it wasn't -- I could have stopped.
